We work with the distributor to deliver the product, software, or solution to the customer using a reseller, partner, or consulting firm.

The customer still purchases through AWS Marketplace, and the distributor remains part of the transaction — while the reseller or partner handles the direct sale.

In short, ClerixCloud coordinates everything so the offer flows smoothly from distributor → reseller → customer.

Example:

A sales rep needs to sell a software solution via AWS Marketplace.

Their customer wants to purchase using AWS credits or an Enterprise Discount Program (EDP).

The rep has never used AWS Marketplace or CPPO before.

Instead of learning the AWS process, they contact ClerixCloud to help.

ClerixCloud steps in:

1. ClerixCloud confirms:
   • The Distributor is ready
   • The Reseller is authorized
   • The ISV listing is available
2. ClerixCloud:
   • Prepares the Private Offer
   • Coordinates with AWS Marketplace
   • Submits the offer on behalf of the distributor
3. The customer buys directly via AWS Marketplace.
4. The reseller closes the deal with no manual AWS setup required by the rep.
